Repeated requests from families and couples who wish to be totally self contained while visiting York WA encouraged us to set up two fully furnished and equipped self catering cottages.

This romantic, colonial style cottage accommodation is on the main street of York and a few metres away from the shopping area. It sits on an acre which backs onto the Avon River and it's pretty, fenced garden makes it secure for children and pets to enjoy.

Antiques, high ceilings and original polished wood floors add to its charm. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a sleepout, separate sitting room with open fire, separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A shaded verandah runs along the front and there is an outdoor dining area at the back with a BBQ.

Other amenities include a bathroom with bath, separate shower and a separate toilet plus air conditioning, ceiling fans and all linen. There is a carport and more than adequate street parking.

Bedrooms offer two queen beds and two single beds. The sleepout also has two double beds. A baby's cot is available on request. A television, DVD, VCR and CD / radio is provided.
